The BIEL ongoing encryption fog is still in effect.
We are still operating as a company selling product. Evidence the recent "announcement", again via FaceBook and not an official press release, of more than $100,000 worth of product (4 listings?) to the UK. I am happy for the sale and the announcement but what is going on overall??? None of this makes a lick of sense. I think it will all turn out well in the end but in the meantime, w/ all the silence and multiple cryptic messages (lots of intriguing 'likes' via LinkedIn, e.g.), it amounts to a huge ball of confusion.
The 15th of Aug has come and gone w/ no quarterly financials. So this makes it several(?) in a row of the company not producing a qrtrly report as per SEC regulations not to mention the annual report for 2022? The company is still listed on the stock exchange. Oddly, the SEC has not called out the company for not filing. Is there a connection between the "not reporting" AND the SEC not bothering about it AND whatever is happening behind the scenes? Is this even possible? No, not talking about corruption. Only is there some exception (or loophole?) we are using to bypass the requirements?
The 'out there' explanation (of course, my favorite!) is that the company has already been acquired and so the company, BIEL, as we currently know it, is not responsible for the reports. Again, how does this happen? Is it even possible? Is there some kind of 'structured' buyout taking place, over time, at intervals (milestones?) that places the company, via the process, an entity of the acquiring corporation? Is it in limbo, legally speaking, that shields it from SEC scrutiny? "Something" is happening that allows for this. Or is it merely that they are taking advantage of some obscure rule to hide the maneuvering? Is it related to our international dealings, e.g. - trade agreements? That "something" is the $64,000 question I am asking.
Our CEO Kelly has been playing a game of 3D chess (or Japanese Go?) for nearly 2 yrs. whilst keeping a very tight lid on any information leaking out. After her meeting w/ Dr. Sparling (Phantom Limb pain), Kelly also states that Dr. Sparling is taking a weeks vacation and after that will be in & out of the office thus we should not expect to hear anything in the immediate future thereby lowering expectations of any quick announcement; how convenient.
There is a level of detail in announcing Dr. Sparling's schedule that piques my curiousity. Do we really need to know that? Another 'hint', perhaps, similar to 'liking' on LinkedIn? I'll wager the good doctor has everything to gain (prior post) by letting us into the WRMC, into Phantom Limb pain or a larger piece of the business, and her 'vacation' is nothing more than her going on an (un)official tour to (un)officially launch BIEL to specific customers OR (un)officially touch base w/ key players in the grand game we seem to be playing OR (un)officially pre-announce a change in policy in ref to using opioids. << Disclaimer: this is all speculation and opinion on my part, lest anyone gets the wrong idea. No insider information here. >>
I eagerly look forward to being surprised and elated. There are several other products that utilize PEMF technology on the market. Non-invasive neuro-modulation seems to be all the rage yet we (BIEL) seem to be missing in action, so to speak; most peculiar. Is this lack of awareness a deliberate act as per the near total silence we seem to be experiencing?
BIEL will sit on the backbench ... until it doesn't.

P.S. - Household hint - I accidentally left a partially used (less than 24 hrs use) Actipatch device sitting in a little bit of casual water (put it on top of other stuff in a bowl and it shifted down to the water) and it went dead b/c of it. When I discovered it wasn't working I tried turning it on and off several times to no avail. I threw it away and, lo and behold, the very next day, after it had time to dry out, I saw a light shining in the waste basket. It was in the 'on' position and when it dried out the light came back on; working again.
