Turning around in anticipation of CBD regulation is exactly what they are doing right now, which is why they've moved to a new, larger facility. At the new location, they'll no longer have to deal with paranoid land/facility owners. They were fortunate enough to have been able to at least reach an agreement with the owners of the previous facility, which provided that they could produce CBD infused beverages on the premises as long as it was shipping directly to a bonded warehouse, and from there straight into Mexico where it would be sold. Now that they no longer have to deal with that one PITA owner, they will be able to bring back their own trademarks (to include CBD infused versions) for sale in the U.S. at locations of their choosing, and once the FDA issues regulation, then they can open the floodgates.
