I started thinking about last section of that article FTC still may have concerns due to privacy of healthcare records. This i is my take.
Pharma has huge lobbying dollars ever year. But Amazon also is in the top 10. They are reaching. I am sure http://Healthscribe since not part of the original One medical deal were not included in the discussions. http://Healthscribe being bit chain technology consumer medical data is encrypted and consumer holds private key. Since bit coin is based on the same technology and never been broken. Amazon partners will be allowed to view for a set time. But has way more safe guard than a traditional medical facility and if amazon one media complies with hipaa they are all set. FTC is acting because of the big pharma lobby but the law is the law and Amazon probably has the best lawyer's than money can buy so not a issue
