You fundamentally misunderstand that Science is intrinsically 'trust but verify'; repeat experiments that can be duplicated in other labs to confirm or abandon the hypothesis.

Smith has clearly taken the time to arrive at his indictments of Trump. No surprise that the war crimes judge has nailed the orange guy for defrauding the U.S and for the theft of docs and the obstruction of their retrieval; lots of texts, videos and REPUBLICAN witnesses. He's f'd, deservedly so.
