Current markets don't support enough domestic or foreign buying power in OTC.
It's either front loaded, or insiders/CEO selling shares on the news. It's been very predictable.
I did expect a .0025 hit and am very much disappointed in the chart.
The Form 10 filing doesn't come without a price. I would have expected better performance here and maybe it is yet to come. It has a lot to do with the current market conditions. There aren't enough of buyers like there were in Feb 2021. OTC Market is forever changed.
It's a swing trade to me now.
