Note 7 - Subsequent Events
(i) Approximately $921,000 was collected through the Company’s DSPP program during the period July 1 through August 8, 2023.
ZNOG's choice to continue on this path-assuming they acquire the new license they are seeking - which would give them a NEW further 7yr exploration license
(the extensions on the old license have run out but as they said in 10q initial preliminary administrative approvals have been given- and due to the changing political parties in control months went by before license activity could resume)
which limits new long buyers-especially those with money who dont understand (because their brokers know nothing about these things) or wont participate in stocks w such a low pps and OTCQX (and otcqb if min bid price remains below 10c) believe the new technology perforation methods in mj1 will result in success.
