Trading Summary - August 11.
Another less than ideal day for the upwards progress of $SFLM but an unexpected windfall for those supporting the stock with "just in case" bids who were able to add to their inventory at a cheaper price for trading much higher later.
All significant trades were reported in earlier contemporaneous posts.
In summary:
- At the open, 19M of the suspect fake 30M ask at .0006 had been cancelled leaving 11M.
- 74M was bought at .0006 on both the bid and ask.
- Only a net 11M was added to the ask at .0006 subsequently - showing again that most shares being bought in the .0005 > .0009 range are being kept in inventory by the main traders for $SFLM for trading much higher later.
- .0006s were restarted with 500K in buys (2 x 250K).
- Topped up bid at .0005 was already 11.9M by the close and is likely to be higher on Monday.
When day trades from the scammer(s) trying to hold it back timed out at the close, there was only 7M left at .0006 - an amount that could easily be taken out at the open any day by an order placed before the open. The key is to do this before the scammer puts the remainder up when the ask isn't hit straight away.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 8 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 283 days.
