Maybe for marijuana, but not for industrial hemp and hemp derived CBD. That's coming first, and the pressure is mounting for congress to force the FDA to take a break from serving their own interests and get off their asses on the matter. Legalization of marijuana at the federal level could certainly still be a couple/few years off.
Good post vegas. The future is looking good for RMHB. We had hoped that it wouldn't take 10 years, but it did for Celsius and a whole lot of other start up companies, so I'm not exactly shocked. Especially when considering the Bull Shit hurdles that these guys had to clear to get to this point.
