Most of the time when you are talking about land leases you would pay about $250 to $500 per month for a contract operator to operate the lease. That is if it is 1 well or 5 wells. So there would be no health insurance or commercial insurance. We are not splitting production with Pistol/TNC in W. Texas. That deal is only for the reworks in N. Louisiana.
