Contingency fee is usually 35% on settlement...up

Contingency fee is usually 35% on settlement...up to 50% on court appearances...which would mean a dividing of the total amount...this is not my understanding of the arrangement...the fees paid are outside of the settlement amount... that We would receive as a company....I wait to be corrected.
