Trading Summary - August 9.
A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with the ask still at .0007 at the open and close and the only price available for those that want to add 10M+ to their inventory of shares for trading much higher later.
Opened with 21.6M left at .0007.
Overall, 10M was bought at .0006 on the bid and walked down ask - and 177K at .0007.
Whenever a walked down ask appeared at .0006 it was bought out decisively.
None of the 10M bought at .0006 was added to the ask at .0007 which remained at just over 21M still on uptick.
Closed with 21M+ left at .0007
The bid at .0006 was increased to a peak of 6M with 5M maintained through to the close.
The combined bid funds at .0005 + .0006 are still $31K+ - after the $6K used at .0006 today - and are are probably enough to take out .0007 > .0010 if applied to the asks in rapid succession.
When day trades from the scammer(s) trying to hold it back timed out at the close, there was only 9.3M left - down 3.1M compared to August 4-7 - an amount that could easily be taken out at the open any day by an order placed before the open. The key is to do this before the scammer puts the remainder up when the ask isn't hit straight away.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 281 days.
