And what would you call a judge and jury for a 1/6 trial in WV?
The trials are taking place where the crimes were committed.
Too bad that your orange shitbird didn't hold his 1/6 rally in Wheeling.
There is no weaponization going on rather than very lengthy investigations resulting in very challenging cases for Trump's lawyers to defend against.
There is no free speech exemption for witness intimidation, lil' Mike Pence and I'm coming after you. That's the kind of shit that will result in a gag order, for any citizen, and then incarceration if he order is flouted.
