Trading Summary - August 7.
A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with the ask still at .0007 at the open and close and the only price available for those that want to add 10M or more to their inventory of shares for trading much higher later.
Opened with 22.4M left at .0007 - scammer added an extra 1.2M when ask not hit immediately from an order placed before the open.
Manipulation attempts all day from scammers as reported contemporaneously in earlier posts.
Overall, 6.57M bought at .0006 - and an insignificant paint down of 300K at .0005 - from 13 x trades as small as 1000 shares.
Every time the ask was undercut with mickey mouse amounts at .0006 they were bought out.
None of the .0006s bought by longs were added to the .0007s which closed with 21M+ - same as at the close on August 4.
The bid was increased again to 74.2M - $37.1K. This is probably enough to take out .0007 > .0010 if applied to the asks in rapid succession.
When day trades from the scammer(s) trying to hold it back timed out at the close, there was only 12.4M left (same as on August 4) an amount that could easily be taken out at the open any day from an order placed before the open. The key is to do this before the scammer puts the remainder up when the ask isn't hit straight away.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 276 days.
