Just to emphasize how important this partnership with North Cal Wood is. Here is a pr from when North Cal Wood and himr were in talks prematurely before. Now that Himr and North Cal Wood are working together again and it seems North Cal Wood is the one asking for the share restructuring and has set aside office space on there property for himr good things will come from this imo. This previous pr shows me that this partnership will be huge for himr and North Cal Woods future. IMO big things coming soon.
