Again people failed to hit the ask aggressively enough to get the .0030+ break when the .0022s were almost gone - so MMs selling for old debt holders walked asks down to .0018 where they are selling for .00175/.001785.
It's going to keep happening until we start to get hail mary buys for 1M > 4M set at prices 2-5 price points to the upside.
