Trading Summary - August 2.
A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with .0007 being the only price available for anyone who wanted to add 10M + to their inventory for trading much higher later.
Opened with 11.7M left on the ask at .0007 - 0.2M less than at the open on August 1.
Only 1.53M could be bought on the bid at .0006 from 6 x insignificant paint down attempts for as few as 3000 shares.
The .0006 bid was increased to a peak of 6.2M - over the 68.5M bid at .0005 - total $37K+ - which would be sufficient to take out .0007 > .0010 when applied to the asks in rapid succession.
1.1M bought by one of the main traders of $SFLM was not added to the ask.
Scammer/bashers trying to get bid fills added a 3M block via ETRF and a 400K block via NITE to make 15.1M on the ask at .0007 by the close.
When day trades from the scammer(s) trying to hold it back timed out at the close, there was only 7.5M left (same as July 31 and August 1) an amount that could easily be taken out at the open any day from an order placed before the open. The key is to do this before the scammer puts the remainder up when the ask isn't hit straight away.
Overall, 1.63M traded today at .0006 + .0007.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020.
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout - and cancel any left over asks under the gap up price.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated August 1 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 274 days.
