The clue will be no rebuild of US conventional weapons stocks. They already mothballed that capacity long ago and won't need it at all since the outcome of the war in NUcraiZion is preordained. That money has already been spent on gene targeting weapons decades ago antway. There will be plenty of happy talk though.
