I will offer up a fourth reason for late filing - this one slightly more optimistic than the other 3 and I am not asserting any of them are true.
Possibly waiting on those individuals who made cash loans to complete and return paperwork either confirming they want to continue the loan or agreeing to convert to shares. .That could be a hold up on the audited filing.
Admittedly that is looking hard for a better explanation than disregard for or inability to file a critical report in a timely manner.
Looking at the company website shows no press releases online via mexusgoldus.com/news since May 2022. There is one about a year ago, Aug, 29th, 22 online via other outlets: https://www.accesswire.com/713755/Mexus-Updat...areholders
The area for links to quarterly and annual reports, http://mexusgoldus.com/annual-reports/ , has been blanked out - I believe it used to include usable links - now nothing there.
Basically nothing updated on the company site in the past year. The most recent assay data is now eleven years old. When selling a house most people do some cosmetic fixes for curb appeal. If there is something in the offing for MXSG, no attempt has been made to get things up to date for simple curb appeal. Nothing is assured about a deal and a new CEO but it's not impossible.
