If the quarterly is filed it will be empty of any positive information & if is not filed UNVC will be moved to the expert market quickly, which basically means suspended and not trading. The OTC Market has speeded up removing delinquent symbols over the past year as they should be cleaning up the SCAM companies that fill the penny stock market.
