Those "Conditions" might in play already...hence NDA's...besides IF a partner has a foot on our neck regarding the SP...literally affecting future value...the lift may lift their foot as well.
IF...a dry cleaner is selling his business...he doesn't want dirty laundry in the mix.
A Prime example of that is the Amarex/NSF exchange...somebody missed due diligence...and the dots suggest Kevan Lawlor former CEO is the casualty..
