Great info, mightycydy, thanks. My concern is - one of my concerns - is when we do get the hold lifted or a partnership announced or a sizeable award against our old CRO - what's to prevent some organized cadre of BP shorts from borrowing shares (real or not) and selling into the good news?
We've seen this slaughtered to 20 cents ever since our $10 summit, and it seems if someone (some entities) with billion-dollar pockets can short/rinse/repeat our company ad infinitum.
Besides massive (uncoordinated) buying, is there any recourse to at least throttle back this scale of shorting? With so little profit to be gained, it seems the only intent of this shorting is to send us into BK.
