exactly - the money is out there looking for promising new drugs. we just have to put ourselves in a position where a buyout is an option - no one is going to buy a company under clinical hold - they would get skewered by their shareholders for stepping into such an unknown.
it's clear i wasn't happy about the cc - i had hoped the hold may be lifted by August which i had posted awhile back. i had also hoped we'd have a new leader by now (it's clear Cyrus is in the background at best these days).
but, onward and upward. if we can submit our stuff in Sept (and i assume the FDA takes 30 days), hopefully our hold is lifted by Halloween - that may be optimistic - i don't know.
but what would be really awesome would be for them to name a super impressive CEO in the meantime. for me, it's someone with a business focus (hello buyout!) and connections, both in the BP and regulatory world. that would put us on the fast track i believe.
