Plotinus: I tried to glean how the CYDY/SA client relationship had been formed when it was first announced, but never saw any info that provided the explanation. Lawyers are not allowed to directly solicit clients on an individual basis, so someone at CYDY likely made the 1st phone call -- perhaps through the good offices of a shareholder. Given CYDY's financial condition, I was astonished that SA agreed to the representation. and am grateful that the representation continues. Being personally familiar with client vetting practices at a large, national law firm, I can tell you that such new client decisions are not made haphazardly if substantial billing hours are anticipated.
