You're right (of course). I think of Ozempic as a pancreas squeezer, wringing more insulin out of an over-worked or under-sized pancreas. Now in vogue since there's a weight loss benefit. I only posted about it as an example of a once per week injectable, currently used by many patients.
Other downsides: Not evaluated for use longer than 60 weeks; a large percentage of patients regain the lost weight; weight reduction is from loss of both muscle and fat; related older appearance of the patient (See Ozempic face and Ozempic butt).
