In Coresight Research/Bambuser’s survey, 31% of respondents said they preferred a one-to-few livestream format, just surpassing the 30% that favored one-to-many. One-to-one garnered 15% of the responses.
I guess it depends on what is being sold. The higher the value of the products, the less viewers you actually need. The fewer people on the Live Stream, the more personal it feels and easier to ask questions. That's not to say they can't or shouldn't have more. It is to say, just because it's not one way means that it's a failure.
I also remember the company saying a percentage of sales come after the Live event. I forget the number. 50% sticks in my head.
