I am always listening to these CC's for the pieces that tell me how we will continue to fund the company via raises, partnerships, catalysts, and timing. I have pieced together different parts of the cc to connect these dots.
Optimistically stating: a). "when" CYDY gets a settlement check or announces there is one in the mail, and b). "when" CYDY gets the hold lifted, there should be positive movement in SP. That time frame is unknown, but management seemed pretty optimistic for the near future, so I am encouraged.
Reading between the cc lines, I anticipate (pure speculation on my part) that; c). Antonio's comment of fundraising, via asking for more shares, will happen before the end of the year. As stated by others, it doesn't mean those shares will be put in play, but other clues also tell us that funds are needed (and it could be a while before that optimistic check is cashed for the much needed liquidity.)
It is quite common for companies to have some good news, get a pop in SP and announce an offering. CYDY has done it before, another stock I follow just did it last week, and it's how the fundraising game is played at this level. CYDY has already stated raising funds at this price is not wise (paraphrasing of my words, not theirs). So expect it to happen when we get a decent move. On the other hand, they seem to have someone or some entity that funnels them money as needed under favorable financing conditions, so all I just said could be total BS. TBD.
