Missed the call but read the posts . Sounds like I may have been right on who has been running the company . It appears for the past year and a half and maybe for the rest of this year we have been a litigation company rather than a Biotech company as we wait for the nod from the FDA. The COB being in charge ( just my opinion) , was my conclusion because of the communication lockdown we have lived with since NP was fired in January of 22. The fact they agree they have been too close to the vest with information and are going to start opening up the Komono more is a very positive step and perhaps there is a sense within the company they have enough good news coming , that they are feeling more comfortable in doing so ..and the mother ship of AMAREX has always been on the hook. When you buy a company you take on the good and bad and you own it all including the lawsuits. Remember when Chevron bought Texaco and was then sued for billions in that lawsuit in Ecuador for damages Texaco caused ?
