i look at it very simply - we are a biotech firm - we are not a law firm. we're in the business of creating a drug and selling that drug. to the extent our most valuable asset and leader is a law firm, we're in big trouble. the day i hear Tim Cook lead the new product presentation with a lengthy segment on how great their attorneys are, is the day i sell every share of my Apple stock.

SA is here because NP did his very best to bring the entire company down due to his behavior - and i am thankful for their work in keeping us from going under. but let's be clear - the sooner they can fade into the background the better. because that means we'll actually be doing the only thing that will ever recover value for any of us - getting our drug to market.
