You raise some great points. One thing I wanted comment on is the potential $100mm+ from Amarex that many here are salivating over. CYDY can request it and the arbitrator can grant it, HOWEVER if Amarex doesn't have it, what's it worth? I don't think we have an idea of what Amarex could actually pay at the most, and NO, as stated previously, NSF is NOT a party to the arbitration, so there is no point in conjecture about what they could pay if Amarex doesn't have it.
As for the final hearing date, that could be weeks or months away, and then once the final hearing is completed, it could be weeks or months until a decision is made. Remember, the arbitrator's decision is not made at the final hearing date. We just have no idea how quickly CYDY might see any funds from Amarex, and let's face it, short of some game changing news tomorrow on the CC, raising funds right now is gonna be a biatch.
