Its Fashion Goods Segment will focus on its B2C retail distribution, while also combining the existing operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary Designer Liquidator, Inc. ("Designer"), which is principally a liquidator of designer fashion goods on a wholesale basis to the B2B channels of distribution. Its ecommerce segment is engaged in retail and wholesale distribution of specific products and types or categories of products that do not fit into its Consumer Products or Fashion Goods Segment.
