Why in the hell sign a 10 yr contract when you know the terms of the contract and then figure out the company can't do the snow removal and repairs/cleanup work and not know the utility and other costs before signing a contract? No due diligence before signing a 10 yr contract? No proforma before signing a 10 yr contract?
What a bunch of weak excuses by the company to bail on a contract because the company was underperforming when looking at filings for the past 4 years.

StreetSmart Outdoor mutually negotiated with RIPTA , "Rhode Island Transportstion Authority," to end our relationship since it was not cost-effective for us. The contract required snow removal , structure repairs, and cleanup and utility expenses for each shelter
