please check out another room where she explains the same use of wording to entice investors by making it look like progress is being made like was done with Mexico and Australia.
i think she was pointing out the same "approach/M.O." using tweets and press releases to keep fantasies alive in people's heads. but, maybe i can explain it better?
it doesn't matter who is funding these announced fantasyland projects, as much as the "approach/MO.", used by the company, to continue to lure investors for months and years, into believing something is real, but never happens. The fact is they simply never happen. Over and over and over, they never happen.
same slow stringing along, of investors, with the current 50 mil loan promo going on for 408 days now since the company tweeted it was working on the last piece for funding. on June 6, 2022. There have been dozens of subsequent tweets and many rehashed paid-for self-scripted press releases, needed, using a similar "approach/M.O." as used with the Durango, Mexico and Australia previously announced projects, attempting to try and keep the stock from tanking more. All these well orchestrated promos have been strung together with each one following the demise of the most recent one. That's exactly why a press release and tweets were needed, to announce a very sad development, with the company's most recent announcement of becoming an "exclusive" reseller for a Vietnamese-made solar panel company. The the dangling tweet about the road trip south, to meet the locals, to keep luring investors into believing the Alabama solar plant project is moving along as planned. Everyone knows it ain't moving at all without a funding commitment. And it still might not move along with funding.
so, it's the devil in the details and not the details that matter here.
in my opinion
