CDIDDY: relative to your 80X buyout rate. About 3 weeks ago someone proposed a 100%/200% buyout formula. Based on that formula at that time the 100% BO price was $6.34, while the 200% was twice that: $12.68. If we use the price of .26 per share, the BO rates would be 24+ and 48+ respectively.
