The transaction also boosted the value of the company’s net asset value to $3.35 a share. Not too long ago, the company announced the acquisition of a 9.9% interest in Cunningham Energy. The acquisition price also involved an escrow for preferred shares related to some of the liabilities of Cunningham.
ImmunoPrecise Antibodies Ltd (NASDAQ:IPA) – On July 7 the artificial intelligence powered Biotherapeutic research and technology firm announced its financial results for the full fiscal year ended on April 30, 2023.
The company announced that it had strong momentum from the previous year and clocked revenues of $20.7 million, which worked out to a rise of 6.7% from the previous fiscal year. In the quarter ended on April 30, 2023, the company reported revenues of $5.6 million, which was its highest quarterly revenue.
RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc (OTC:AMYZF) (AMY.V) – The company announced on July 12 that its joint venture agreement with Zenith Chemical Corporation had been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. As per the provisions of the agreement, RecycLiCo Battery Materials Inc would enter into a 50-50 venture to build a lithium-ion battery recycling plant in Taiwan with a capacity of 2000 metric tons a year.

BIO) – The company had come into focus on July 10 after it announced that it had gone into a commercial agreement with Crème de Canna, a manufacturer and supplier of premium cannabis products based out of Santa Cruz.
As per the agreement, Crème de Canna would be responsible for the distribution of the company’s Ultra Shear processes nano-emulsified CBD in the form of a hemp-based, all-natural, and preservative-free Nano-CBD Tropical Spray.
Solar Integrated Roofing Corp (OTCMKTS:SIRC) stock gained momentum on Thursday and closed with a gain of 10.94%. The company has scheduled to host an investor update podcast with the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Brad Rinehart, and President/COO, Troy Clymer on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
NNRF Inc. (OTC:NNRI) stock was one of the notable movers and soared 13.85% to $0.01848. Importantly, the total volume was 1.367 million – 7X its 30-day average volume.
