I think we can all agree that is a given. And I think Doc reflected the same attitude in his Thursday rant a few weeks back. I firmly believe he has every intention of making it happen. IMO that is what he meant by quiet periods won't get it for him any longer. I think he expects to be able to roll it out as a something new and thus independent / outside of Q2 fins. Yes I think that means before Q2 is due. But no one wants to say dates out loud including me.
