Doesn't the arbitration process have dates set for response to settlement on both sides back and forth and if that fails, then the date is set for the arbitrator decides? I think this press release is basically saying that what cytodyn wants and what Amerax is offering (or not offering anything) are vastly different and we now need the arbitrator to finalize this? Could also result in Amarex realizing they need to offer something good or they might get really screwed in the arbitrators final decision for damages.
As for Cyrus, I'm happy he is feeling better but it sounds like he will not be with the company for long. Once they find a permanent CEO i doubt he will stay on the reduced job. I fear the change to his vesting schedule is because he will need the funds from stock sales.
The lack of any mention of the clinical hold or any partnerships is depressing, we do not need another year of this crap.
