I agree with you Sparky. Doc has been on his Dog & Pony Road Show since the "train has arrived" and "the last piece in place". I think he is finished as we have not heard from him about a private money manager since Loop Capital in early June. These hedge funds will "influence" our share price for sure as they take (buy) positions in Univec after the launch. Doc knows he needs big money buying our stock that will be for sale after the 8K and the press release launch. I think Sparky is correct, Doc found greater support to buy the stock than he expected, so "Outside influences greater" makes sense, especially in the whole context of the tweet.
