If I hit it big like I have in some pennies (I.e. HLNT or SPNG for examples),
I always put most of those earnings into my big boards, ETFs and mutual funds.
I have broken my rule of the 75% to 25% ratio to load FNMA big on Blue's call.
I don't see FNMA as a penny stock for much longer. It was $80 per share not
to long ago so it's definitely not your normal penny stock.
Diversification is key but keeping 75% in ETFs, mutual funds or big boards is
very important. Big boards are dangerous too, like Enron or Worldcom so diversification
Amongst the big boards with ETFs and such is very important IMO.
Microcaps move on news or great filings. BCAP has a late Q filing and cannot put
in News until it files or it gets a Caveat Emptor classification. BCAP will likely stay
In this range until the filings and news hits and then it will move.
Matt has not been very accessible and I have stressed to him that his investors all believe in him and the business plan so it's important to respond to their emails or phone calls until he can file the Q and news. Mikey501 has also been pushing him very hard to communicate with all the shareholders and I believe he will communicate better.
Mikey suggested a blog with updates to shareholders for non-PR related news.
I will also push him to do the blog or Facebook or something other than being quiet.
I agree with Mikey that Matt needs to communicate what he is allowed to through a blog or Facebook. It will be up to Matt's attorney but it will be better received by shareholders if he does keep an open line of communication to his shareholders while he finalizes the business he is doing in the quiet period.
I will push Matt on this blog idea or Facebook updates to get us through whatever the timeframe we are looking at before the filings and news start back up.
