I said, unlike SFRX, EXPL doesn’t need to suck the tit of the OTC in order to keep lights on. That’s all SFRX is doing. They certainly aren’t bringing up treasure.
What is the daily average issuance now? 2.6MM this year, same as last year.
FWIW, EXPL wasn’t kicked out of the OTC, they left it simply by not reporting. No one is looking to sell shares, so Rule 144 eligibility isn’t an issue as it is a matter of life and death with SFRX.
EXPL locates and sells treasure to attract investors and fund operations.
SFRX talks BS about finding treasure, never has, and sells discounted shares, billions of them in order to fund their continued failing operations, while paying their CEO about $950 a day.
