Red. It seems like I have more likes than you on this issue.. Everyone here. If Verb hits a market cap of 1 billion which is only $5 a share presplit, many of you will not break even, Rory will be worth 200 million dollars. Jimmy 80 million dollars. Is that right???
Management can manipulate too to by timing timing things around a manipulated share price.
Maybe make the exercise price $72 for them like the CFO.
Using 400 mil AS and saying $600k, $162k, $81k comp is fair using traditional metrics for traditionally valued companies is disingenuous. at best. Maybe rest of BOD needs what they need to to do their job. Rory and Jimmy should be working right now for ZERO--PERIOD!!!--They have ruined people's lives. Covid is over. Why is the shareholder meeting virtual? Need to hide?
