Biel shareholders should note: the NOPAIN ACT was signed into law by Biden in year 2023 - which month?? The act was introduced by eight congress persons & now we see the urgent need for the ACT - BUT our government works at a snail pace & could implement it in 2023 BUT NO we must wait till 2025 & for what reason for the delay?? #1-we must determine who is the crack head at the White House, we probably know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
