Trading Summary - July 7.
A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM with .0008 + .0009 asks being the only option for significant additions to the inventory for new interest.
At the close on July 6 (yesterday) there was 10.5M left at .0008 - today there was 14.7M - almost no different because 37M changed hands from weak to stronger hands but the latter didn't put so much back up at .0008.
At the open , there was a 6M buy from an order placed before the open - leaving 4.5M.
The remaining 4.5M was bought out by just 1 or 2 traders in less than 4 minutes and the .0009s were up with only 8M there.
Because nobody hit the .0009 ask immediately, there was subsequently a series of undercut asks at .0008 put up and a few trades on the bid at .0007 that was continually topped up to prevent any significant buys by low-ball bidders at .0006.
Peak bid was 27M at .0007 + 58M at .0006 - total $53.7K.
So, in summary , despite 37.8M being traded from weak hands to stronger, long-term hands, no damage was done by today's trading.
Ahead, I still expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - .0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Always watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before every open - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who want to add as many shares as possible to their inventory before the .0010+ breakout.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated July 3 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 248 days.

Expect further movement up over the days, weeks and months ahead as the new CEO releases details of his acquisition and licensing plans.
It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
