Trading Summary - July 5.
Excellent progress - and best day of the year so far - for $SFLM.
A number of OTC market top traders have confirmed on various forums that they bought today at .0007 + .0008 .
In addition, it was obvious in early trading that only a couple of just-in-time buyers were able to get .0005 + .0006.
With 104M traded, there were too many significant trades to list here now but a ll significant trades were reported contemporaneously in earlier reports.
Note how at every level, the initial ask was taken out by just one trader taking 1 3M > 15M at a time and any undercut ask "scraps" being taken by others before an uptick.
No significant amount could be picked up at any level on the bid.
Hod was .0009 with only 4.5M there - rising temporarily to a peak of 10M - but back to 4.5M left at the close.
Throughout the move .0005 > .0009, the ask got progressively thinner with each .0001 increment.
Ahead, I expect $SFLM to play out as outlined in the Overview - based on detailed observation of what volume was picked up where on the way down from the last run to .02:
- Probably only a few M .0011>.0020
- Then much thinner - a few 100K - . 0021 to the .01>.02 range.
Watch for a potential gap up to be indicated by MMs before the open tomorrow - based on pre-open ask buy orders placed by traders who catch up on today's dramatic start to the breakout - and consider cancelling any sell orders in the way to get the maximum gap up.
We know that there has been no dilution since the new CEO took over and that the SEC has prohibited any further selling of non-registered shares by the previous CEO.
Share Structure updated July 3 - again no change - no dilution.
There has now been no change / dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding shares for 246 days.

It is also anticipated that there will be a name change and ticker change to better align with the new business.
