EXPL has not only found treasure from multiple wrecks, but located and positively identified other wrecks with valuable cargo, and has investors that aren’t interested in OTC shares like you are.
For you, as long as it trades, right to title really isn’t an issue, it’s just a straw man argument because you think shallow wrecks in state waters worth billion$ won’t be covered in sand.
