My point was that he sent his "urgent" demand directly to CA (his words, not mine) while he's still on medical leave, when he should be asking the company given they are responsible for keeping the shareholders informed on CA's expected return date. Medical leave is not the same thing as teleworking, and in some circumstances, an employee isn't allowed to work while on medical leave.
