UNVC: Any way you slice it!! When the CEO of a publicly traded company cannot do anything in 21.7 years except talk, then you have a Company that is in big trouble.

All the money people know it, or we wouldn't be sitting at 0.0097 PPS.

You have to put actions with the words for them to mean anything.

There are no laws stopping Dalton for putting out PRS, or filing Material Events, which some things he has claimed would be a material event. So where are the filings, even the Alternate Reporting Standard (which he uses) requires he does.

Univec hasn't been SEC compliant since 11/22/2010, there has been no filing to become compliant as of 06/30/2023.

Just like all the talk now because the 7,990,282 share got taken out of the float and put back in restricted last Friday. It wasn't done to help UNVC it was because Dalton got reported for them being added to the float 3rd quarter 2022. without any explanation. On 09/12/2022 restricted shares went down 7,990,282 the unrestricted share count went up by 7,990,282

Lot of other things are being looked into at this point also.

Page 3 Number of shares in the Public Float2
: 1,105,667,789 as of date: 06/30/2022

Page 3 Number of shares in the Public Float2
: 1,113,658,071 as of date: 11/01/2022
Difference of 7,990,282

Restricted 6,316,072 05/30/2023
Unrestricted 2,516,780,608 05/30/2023

Restricted 14,306,354 06/30/2023
Unrestricted 2,508,790,326 06/30/2023
7,990,282 was added back to restricted.

Continually adds additional deferred payroll each quarter knowing there is know way that the company can pay him - debt that can be converted to shares, sold, and seemingly never reported.

02/23/2023 Last piece needed completed, now he claims it was Univec Telehealth platform that was the piece needed to complete the wrap around model. No one entity can provide what we do, (this is true UNVC does nothing, the others do) Where's the PR or Material Event Filing ???

He Post things that could maybe be linked to Univec but not so overtly that it needs to be refuted by the ‘other’ party - Riteaid / Apple / Amazon /Walgreen/ Wal-Mart/ goes on and on/04/11/2023 What happened with Jamie Dimon (JP Morgan Chase) Ariel Investments, Sage Growth Partners, Loop, the list goes on and on he has used.

Then any ‘hot topic’ or market favorite, suggesting that Univec will be leading the way - cannabis / teladoc / telehealth / opioid crisis / COVID / mental health, wrap around services, Metaverse, AI Chat-GPT

Then it's always that bureaucracy is delaying progress, that uplist is imminent, that we are just waiting on that one thing.

These close friends of Daltons do not promote UNVC at all on their LinkedIn profiles, or anywhere else. This speaks volumes!

VP, Corp. Dev., Director, Bus. Dev.
Lauren Herron
VP, Ops.
Kenneth Grant
Vice Chairman, Independent Director

Bio-Remedies MD doesn't promote anything to do with UNVC on their web-site. Been 1-year 9 months, from the time the partnership was claimed.

Time Organization Inc (which Dalton claimed were the Mental Health Clinics that UNVC was acquiring), It's a non-profit organization which cannot be sold.

Wish it wasn't this way but it is how it is.
