The shell game and illegal counterfeiting of stock is property theft and tax evasion through LL'c particularly in Europe.
Is it a national security matter? Yes!
Does politics and/or political organizations play a role? I believe they do. The last 2 decades and recent 2 years have shown alot of evidence to lead to this conclusion.
We will all find out more when more information is available.
