we are all banking (literally) that this story that sounds too good to be true is actually ... true. math doesnt lie, but science itself certainly can be bent to ones desires when you are able to put your thumb on the scale. i am relying on math to tell the truth eventually. the pandemic sealed my opinion of humanity and its endlessly corruptible nature to lie cheat and steal whenever possible. my introduction to humans uncanny ability to lie to ones self was in 6th grade or so when we held debate teams like little fucking lawyers. (ive asked kids if they ever did this...i dont think they do this anymore, education has become so pathetically pathetic)...this is the 80s and the subject was superfund cleanup sites and we were for, they were against. ...after a few weeks of prep we had our huge debate on friday and it was intense and fun. two teams arguing their points. we lost. they had heartless demons on their side, they were amazing.
monday comes and they told us we will debate the same issue again, only now we switched sides. those same bastards got up there and contradicted every single point they made the week earlier.
life lesson. EVERYONE is full of shit. it doesnt matter that leronlimab is right. its who your lawyer is. the only reason i hold is because sidley austin is packin heat.
