fascinating speed with the new DD coming in.
since none of us will ever see the GEP/SPP 2 yr exclusive distributor agreement, she didn't want to waste any time and took a deep dive into:
- parties to the agreement
- possible conflicting U.S. exclusivity terms of the agreement
- TOPCon and PERC solar panel products tweeted and mentioned in a press release
- Ca and Nj 19 containers being shipped based on tweet and press release
logistics of the shipments and other partners
- solar sales personnel
remember the ceo's side company CAC realty paying for solar sales personnel training in exchange for 5% interest promissory note and 30% of Sun Pacific Power's sales profits?
