"$350,000. in profits"...split presumably three ways...an opportunity to go to a white collar jail...clawback of profits...and wipe out... whatever reputation you might have had...with the extra-added sauce of family... knowing you are a cheat.
I don't see the upside here...not exactly life changing $$$...and the SEC...caught these peanut vendors through surveillance.
While the big players rake millions...and have a waiting jet sitting in a hangar...with an unknown destination.
